I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your presentation last Monday with my sales team in Orlando. I couldn't have asked for a better kickoff to my meeting and frankly you were perfect. The message was so personal and so right on, and the board breaking process brought our company together in a way that it has never come together before. We truly had a breakthrough as a company.
The favorable comments regarding your presentation were overwhelmingly positive and provided the energy for Tercica to put together one of the best meetings overall of my career. The response to the entire meeting has been so positive. In fact, many of my attendees have written to call it the best meeting of their careers. Without you setting the tone, I don't think that was possible.
I'm forwarding this message from one of the attendees. His message to me says it all.
Brian, if there's anything I can ever do for you, please let me know. I am going to push for you to come and present your message to our home office personnel and at some point down the road I'm going to want to have you return and share more of your material.
Subject: My personal Woo!
I hope you had a safe trip home.
I want to take a brief moment of your time to share my true woo story.
Last evening, shortly after getting my luggage and saying goodbye to Jim, I was walking alone to my car at central parking when suddenly I had an overwhelming need to let out a "Wooo!!!". I could not control it, it was purely spontaneous.
Since leaving FLA, I had been thinking about our meeting; about how much I love my job, my company, my leaders, and my colleagues and friends. I thought about the opportunities that I was presented with including 9 chances to be in COE, Most Improved CSS, as well as multiple opportunities to travel to exotic locations. I was also proud because I put a lot of time and effort into my presentation and was grateful to have a level of leadership in our great company. Finally, I was going home to my family, who I love so much. When I got home, I gave Ingrid a big hug and told her how lucky I am.
I have never left a sales meeting and felt an uncontrollable urge to say "Wooo!!! ; therefor, I want to congratulate you and thank you for your inspiring leadership. I will earn my place in the Circle of Excellence this year.......Woo!!!!!!!l
